Limitations in the use
General
The following restrictions apply to our data transmission of your web forms for security reasons:
- Transmissions are limited to max. 500 form fields.
- max. 10,000 characters are transmitted per form field.
- to prevent spam, no email headers are supported in form submissions.
Use with FREE account
- 5 forms
- 40 form submissions per form per calendar month.
- File uploads are not available
- up to 5 email addresses for delivery of submission notifications
- Submission archive is limited to last 30 days
Use with PRO account
- 50 forms
- 1,000 form submissions per form per calendar month
- 2 GB storage space for file uploads
- up to 5 files can be uploaded per submission, with a maximum file size of 10 MB each
- up to 50 e-mail addresses for delivery of submission notifications
- Submission archive of the last 365 days can be viewed
