User account

A personal user account is required to use form.taxi. With your login credentials, this gives you access to our administration panel. There you can manage all your forms and adjust their settings and have insight into the transmitted form submissions at any time.

Register account

If you do not have an account yet, you can create one for free by registering. All you need to do is enter your valid email address and any secure password for panel access. To confirm your email address, you will receive an email message with an activation link.

Edit account details

In the administration panel under My Profile you can view the details and information about your account and have the possibility to change the account details.

Delete my account

If you no longer wish to use form.taxi and your account can be completely deleted, please contact our support: support@form.taxi.
